Minjon Tholen
Minjon Tholen is the global head of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at Human Rights Watch, an international human rights organization. She was previously the chief inclusion and strategic innovation officer at Amnesty International USA and a senior consultant at a leading DEI consulting firm. She specializes in aligning organizations with their values through inclusive culture innovation, organizational transformation and change management. Born in Sri Lanka and raised in the Netherlands, Tholen holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Utrecht and a master鈥檚 degree in gender and women鈥檚 studies from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
