Tolerance is Focus of New Public Television Spot

A five-minute feature about tolerance sponsored by the Center will air on public television stations across the country.

A five-minute feature on the importance of valuing diversity and promoting tolerance is now available to public television stations across the country.

Sponsored by the Southern Poverty Law Center, the new "Spotlight On" segment is part of a series of short educational shows on a variety of topics used by public television to complement regular programming.

Interviews with Center co-founders Morris Dees and Joe Levin are included in the new feature.

Viewers interested in seeing the new "Spotlight On Diversity" should call their local public television station and request that it be broadcast in their area.
