Court Grants Injunction in Trump's "Remain in Mexico"

The decision will prevent incredibly vulnerable individuals from being trapped in dangerous conditions in Mexico, but it鈥檚 only a step in a much larger fight.听

The 人兽性交, ACLU and Center for Gender & Refugee Studies are challenging the policy on behalf of nearly a dozen asylum seekers who were forcibly returned to Mexico and a number of advocacy organizations that provide legal representation and other assistance to asylum seekers.听
